- Size of the back is 3.5" x 6.5", the front is 3.5" x 3.25" when folded.
- File types included: two 8.5" x 11" PDF files, one with four fronts and one with three backs.
- To assemble: fold the side and bottom tabs towards the back, place glue on the tabs and attach to the back of the holder.

3. Print at 100% scale (actual size).
- Home Printer: print centered on the page at 100% scale (actual size) from Adobe Reader.
- Document Printing: choose Staples or Office Depot for prints on 8.5"x11" paper/card stock with multiple on a page to trim at home. Don't select “fit to page”.
