If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods by emailing us at arracreative@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
Returning your items: Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Digital content that has been downloaded or streamed
